Ravn Hypnotherapy

Hello, My name is Alyssa Byrne and I am a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist in Victoria, BC, Canada. I offer in person Hypnotherapy sessions for a variety of issues and struggles you may be experiencing. My training was with the Canadian Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, California led by Randal Churchill. I have accreditation and registration with ARCH (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists), ACHE( American Council of Hypnotist Examiners) and AISH( Association for Integrative & Spiritual Hypnotherapists). My focus is to specialize in a trauma informed approach, considering all aspects of the effects of trauma on body, mind and spirit and how I can best support women in their lives to find healing and peace. Hypnotherapy has been a healing art for hundreds if not thousands of years and has a rich and beautiful history. In addition I have also been trained in Yoga and enjoy blending eastern and western psychology and philosophy into my practice. I have been certified as a guided meditation facilitator and can work with groups or in retreat settings. I have also trained with The Embody Lab at the Kripalu Campus in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. "The wisdom of trauma healing immersion" was an intensive in person 5 day educational training event with a focus on trauma therapy and healing, learning from some of the great masters in this field; Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk and Dr. Scott Lyons. I have tremendous gratitude for my many teachers and mentors who have influenced my practice in different ways. My hypnotherapy practice uses parts therapy, Gestalts, inner child, root cause, emotional clearing, dreamwork, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, chakra energy work, future progression and many other forms of hypnotherapy!
